Previously we has stayed on the strip but found the Tuscany Suites and Casino a refreshing oasis. We were here for the first time in March. You draw your own conclusions but it sounds to me that this hotel does not understand customer service. Too bad they do not put queen beds in the 2 bed rooms. No phone call or anything to tell me what happened to the microwave. On a different topic, I stopped by the front desk and I asked if they had microwaves and they said they would send one to my room in 15-20 minutes. I spent a restless night and luckily received a non smoking room the next day. My credit card had already been charged for the room. This was a paid reservation trough Expedia. When I told them that I had reserved a non smoking room they said they can only assign the rooms when the persons arrive. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have any non smoking rooms available. Well, it seems the staff take these reservations just as suggestions. I told them I would be arriving at 10pm or so. I wanted to make sure they had my room ready. NON SMOKING PATRONS BEWARE!! I called the hotel the day of my arrival at around 8pm.
